Three minute walk to the Boardwalk and the beach, MODERN, clean , tidy, and cozy location. Nestled at the heart of Ocean City. Accessible to all water parks, amusement centers, bike rentals, and restaurants. half block to the famous Boardwalk and clear blue beach.

1. You will abide by Federal, State, and Local laws. 2. Absolutely NO smoking or drug use on-premises. It is a condo rule. A $500.00 fine will be billed to you if you do not abide by this rule. Tampering, and removing smoke and fire alarm detectors will cause automatic removal from the property without a refund. There will be a charge of 100 dollars for replacement. 3. My place is not appropriate for parties and events. Must be 18 years old or older to check-in and stay the entire time of the booking. Quiet time is between 10 PM and 9 AM. Please be courteous to everyone. 4. Subletting or subleasing of my place is not permitted. No pets of any kind are allowed in the unit. 5. Upon arrival, sign the guest registry. You will receive the keypad code to my unit. 6. For safety reasons, you must sign out when you check -out. When leaving before 11 AM and if no one is at the desk, please text to let me know. 7. Use the shower out back to rinse off all sand before coming into the building. An extra cleaning charge of $ 50 will be imposed if sand is found anywhere in the unit. 8. No bikes in the building. There is a bike rack at the back of the building. There is a security/surveillance camera for safety. 9. Store all beach chairs and other beach paraphernalia in the trunk of your car. 10. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM-7 PM only. We can accommodate late check-ins. Please let us know a day in advance so we can provide a one-time code to the building. 11. Check-out is at 11 AM. There will be a $100 charge every hour until you check out. We can accommodate the off-season if possible an extra fee and are not in busy summer months 12. The front door key will be locked inside your unit. The card key will access the building after 7 PM. Please leave the key locked in the unit when you check out. There will be a $100.00 charge to replace it if it is lost. 13. Bring your beach towels. 14. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes. Empty dishwasher after use. 15. If you need to do laundry, you will need soap and a credit card for the laundry room use instead of quarters. 16. My unit is not hypoallergenic. Cleaners use bleach wipes and thoroughly sanitize units after every new set of guests. 17. Five (5) beach tags are provided for use during your stay. There will be a replacement charge of $50 each if lost. Leave it on the table with card key before check-out time. 18. Do not remove shower towels in the unit. 19. You may leave the bed you use unmade. 20. Keurig dual coffee maker will be supplied with some pods to get started. You may bring your favorite coffee pods and grounds to brew and please clean them after use. 21. You will be charged a replacement cost for anything missing from my unit. 22. We do not have FREE parking. There is free nearby parking in 1 or 2 streets over. Free street parking from 7th Street to 1st Street or a pay parking right next door for about $20 overnight. Metered street parking is available across the building. Parking in Ocean City is FREE from October 31 to May 1st every year 23. Stove, compact refrigerator, and microwave in the unit for , water, etc. Help yourself to the sample shampoos, soaps, and lotions 24. Please take the trash out back to the dumpsters. There will be a $ 25 extra charge for trash left in the unit. 25. Please leave the unit as clean and tidy as possible. Thank you. Have an enjoyable vacation and a relaxing stay with us. 🌻☀️
