Furnished with a queen bed, small cot, kitchenette, utensils, dishes mini-refrigerator, microwave, oven toaster, and Keurig dual coffee maker. Free street parking from 8th street down to 1st street. Metered and pay for parking next door. Laundry and vending machines on-premises. Bike racks and shower stall in the back of the building monitored by camera. This ocean inspired small studio condo is a home away from home located on the 2nd floor. It has 1 queen bed and 1 small cot. Compact kitchenette and full bathroom with stall shower. Window overlooking the famous Boardwalk. Come and enjoy your vacation with us! Guests can access the entire unit and share everything outside the unit. I will not be present during your stay. I will be available by text and will respond within an hour. Have a great time 🏖⛱😊 Our cute , small studio unit is a 5 minute walk to the the beach and the famous boardwalk. It is close to the Gillians island, Wonderland amusement park, The Music Pier, and many other boardwalk attractions. The studio is walking distance to many boutiques, gift shops , bike rentals , gym, ACME grocery stores, and restaurants. Best to explore the town by bike. There are available free public and street parking around town. Close to public transportation. Bike rentals are available close to the building. Close to amusement parks and the Music pier. Relatively close to the famous Atlantic City Casinos, Atlantic City boardwalk, and Atlantic city airport. The building closes by 7 PM. Always have your card key with you to enter the building in and out after 7PM. 1. You will abide by Federal ,State and Local laws. 2.Absolutely NO smoking or drug use on-premises. It is a condo rule. A $500.00 fine will be billed to you if you do not abide by this rule. Tampering and or removal of smoke and fire alarm detector will be a cause for automatic removal from the property without a refund. There will be a charge of 100 dollars for replacement. 3.My place is not appropriate for parties and events. Must be 18 years old or older to check-in and staying the entire time of the booking. Quiet time is between 10PM and 9 AM Please be courteous. 4.No subletting or subleasing of my place . No pets of any kind is allowed in the unit . 5. Upon arrival, sign the guest registry. You will receive the keypad code to my unit. 6. For safety reasons, you must sign-out when you check -out. When leaving before 11AM and if no one is at the desk , please text just to let me know . 7.You must use the shower out back to rinse off all sand before coming into the building. An extra cleaning charge of $ 50 will be imposed if sand is found anywhere in the unit. 8.No bikes in the building. There is a bike rack at the back of the building. There is security / surveillance camera for safety. 9. Store all beach chairs and other beach paraphernalia in the trunk of your car. 10. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM-7 PM only. Please arrive early or be on time . Presently, we cannot accommodate late check ins. 11. Check-out is at 11 AM. There will be a $100 charge for every hour until you check out. We will try to offer late check -out if needed if possible but probably not during the busy season. 12. The front door key will be locked inside your unit. This will access the building after 7 PM. Leave the key locked in the unit when you check out. There will be a $100.00 charge to replace it if it is lost. There are four (4 ) beach tags provided for use during your stay . There will be a replacement charge of $50 each if lost. 13. Bring your own beach towels. 14. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes. 15. If you want to do laundry, you will need soap and quarters for the laundry room. 16.My unit is not hypoallergenic. Cleaners use bleach wipes in the unit and a completely sanitized after every new set of guests. This includes comforters. 17. There is a $125 charge for cleaning. 18. Do not remove shower towels in the unit. 19. You can leave the bed you use unmade. 20. Keurig dual coffee maker is supplied with some pods to get started. Please bring more pods to use and replace as many as you would like. Bring your favorite coffee grounds to brew and remove coffee grounds after use. 21. You will be charged a replacement cost for anything missing from my unit. 22. We offer no parking . There is free nearby parking 1or 2 streets over and free street parking from 7th street to 1st street or pay parking right next door for about $20 overnight . Metered street parking available across the building . 23. Stove, compact refrigerator, microwave in the unit for hotdogs.soda, water and etc Help yourself to the sample shampoos, soaps, and lotions 24. Please take the trash out back to the dumpsters.
