This fenced rancher house has 2 bedrooms 1 full bathroom , full kitchen, living room , 6 seater dining table with smart washer and dryer. Plenty of backyard space to enjoy nature .

1. You will abide by Federal, State, and Local laws. 2. Absolutely no smoking or drug use on-premises. If you do not abide by this rule, you will be billed a $500.00 fine. Tampering with and removing smoke and fire alarm detectors will result in automatic removal from the property without a refund. There will be a charge of 200 dollars for replacement. 3. My place is not appropriate for parties and events. You must be 18 years old or older to check in and stay the entire time of the booking. Quiet time is between 10 PM and 9 AM. Please be courteous to everyone in the neighborhood. 4. Subletting or subleasing my place is not permitted. No pets of any kind are allowed in the house. 6..We have street parking. Ensure to lock your cars when not in use. We are not responsible for theft and or damage. Please park in front of the house only. Bikes are not allowed in the house. 8. There is a security/surveillance camera for safety by the front and back doors. The front door locks by itself when you shut the door behind you and still check to ensure it is locked before you leave. Do not lock it from the inside when you leave. It will lock you out. 9. Store all beach chairs and other beach paraphernalia in the trunk of your car. 10. Official check-in time is between 4 PM and 8 PM. After 8 PM you may still check in anytime with your code provided. Any questions or concerns will be answered between 8 AM and 5 PM. 11. Check-out is at 10 AM. There will be a $100 charge every hour until you check out. Please review the check-out instructions. 12. The front door code will expire after 10 AM check-out time. Please make sure all personal belongings are packed ahead of time. Please check the premises thoroughly to ensure nothing is left before checking out. 13. Bring your beach towels. 14. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes. Empty dishwasher after use. 15. You may use the laundry room. Make sure you bring your laundry soap and softener. 16. My unit is not hypoallergenic. Cleaners use bleach wipes and thoroughly sanitize units after every new set of guests. 18. Do not remove shower towels in the house. 19. You may leave the bed you use unmade. 20. Keurig dual coffee maker will be supplied with some pods to get started. You may bring your favorite coffee pods and grounds to brew and please clean them after use. 21. You will be charged a replacement cost for anything missing or damaged from my house. Please take care of its contents as if it is your own. 22. We have street parking only. Please park in front of the house only. If checking out before 1 AM please text to let me know. 23. Please wipe and clean out the stove, refrigerator, and microwave after use. Help yourself with the sample shampoos, soaps, and lotions. 24. Please take the trash and recyclables out back in their proper bins. 25. Please leave the house as clean and tidy as possible. This house is located in an established neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Newly renovated house with brand new appliances. Fully fenced in front and back yard. Street Parking in front of the house. House is monitored front yard and backyard by a security camera for added security.We are located across the school’s parking lot.
